Gresham Collective Ltd, is looking for talented, passionate, ambitious, dynamic & dedicated Chef’s and Front of House staff to join our team.

We currently have businesses in Paddington, Leicester Square and Haverstock Hill NW3.


The following positions are available:

SOUS CHEF

Must have food hygiene to minimum level 3. Experience of working in a high volume kitchen and supervisory experience essential. Must be able to run a kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. Progression to Kitchen Manager.

CHEF DE PARTIE

Must have food hygiene to minimum level 2 and must have experience of working in a high volume kitchen. Career progression and training will be available.

COMMIS CHEFS

Must have basic food hygiene or in house training provided for the right candidates - college students accepted.

KITCHEN PORTER

Experience of working in a high volume kitchen essential. Food preparation skills desirable.

FRONT OF HOUSE

waiters and waitresses for table service – must have experience of high turnover restaurant. Multi-lingual advantageous

BAR STAFF

Previous bar experience and proficiency in retail and cash handling desirable. In-house training provided.



We have hours to suit all applicants from full-time to part-time. All positions are live-out.

Salaries are competitive and meet national minimum wage requirements and all staff are eligible for Tronc payments.

Good level of English speaking and understanding is essential.
